In order to ensure optimal functionality, it is recommended to deny access to enroll.cisco.com on the Wireless LAN Controller (WLC). By doing so, the Network Setup Assistant will be able to accurately detect the presence of the Identity Services Engine (ISE) server.
Additionally, with the release of Network Setup Assistant version 1.2.0.42, users will now receive a prompt for both user and CA certificates on Android mobile devices running versions greater than 4.3. This update brings uniformity across different Android versions, as older versions (prior to 4.3) already featured this prompt.
